More about Afri-Co-Lab
Afri-Co-Lab is headed up by Designer-Maker sisters Anna & Lilly. They bring you the best in Uganglish style UpCycled fashion, accessories and creative workshops. You can find Anna and Lilly in their St Leonards UpCycling Space, turning unwanted pieces into next season’s must have, combining their favourite things Uganda, sustainability and the English seaside into their work. When they’re not combing the streets of St Leonards for new projects they’re busy devising new workshops and events. From mono printing with schools to helping folks hone their own renegade sewing skills, Afri-Co-Lab is always looking for ways to spread the creative love.

Afri-Co-Lab is the new community focused wing of AFRORETRO and you’ll find us at our new home 3 Marine Court from December. Anna & Lilly have developed and delivered projects for Primary Schools, Pupil Referral Units, The Brighton Museum, DV8 Sussex, The V&A Museum, Black Cultural Archives, The South Bank Centre, The Royal Court, Women’s Institute and many other organisations and community groups across Sussex and London
