PAINTING THE PROM DIGITAL GALLERY
Painting the Prom is a community-led project decorating a stretch of 17 “suntrap” booths on the lower promenade of St Leonards seafront with murals designed and painted by local residents related to the theme 'daydreaming'.
The 17 final mural designs for each booth were created via:
- Public call-out for nine local artists to submit artworks
- 'Design a mural' competition in four local primary schools
- Commissioned artwork from four local community organisations
This Digital Gallery features all the submissions from the public call-out and the schools competition.
We hope that you enjoy the amazing artworks displayed below which truly shows the incredible breadth of talent and creativity that makes St Leonards such a rich and vibrant place to live.
